Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, resulting in a full reimbursement. Cancellations within a 12-hour window will be eligible for a 50% refund, while cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment will not qualify for any refund. Additionally, appointments can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the original booking time.
